  • Students can arrive a day before the Retreat start (which will be chargeable)
  • On the 1st Day we will have a Fire Ceremony that will start at 09:00 AM.
  • After the Fire Ceremony we will have orientation
  • Free pickup facility is available from Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun only.
  • The retreat will be completed on the 7th day by 12:00 pm afternoon so Departure must be done after it.
  • Stay can extend according to the need after the course which will be chargeable.
  • If you are traveling for the first time the best way to travel to Rishikesh is to take a flight from Delhi airport to Jolly Grant airport Dehradun as it’s less expensive and time-saving. As soon as you book your flight, forward your flight details and we will arrange a taxi to receive you from Dehradun airport. Otherwise, if you need a pickup from Delhi airport to Rishikesh, we will also arrange that with an additional cost of 75 USD.
  • In your free time, you can explore the beauty of Rishikesh. There are several activities in nature and also good cafes to relax and stores to buy some souvenirs for your family, friend or yourself. Just feel the vibe of the world capital of yoga. Surely you can enjoy your time with a book, and music, visiting the nearby temples or walking on the bank of the Ganga alone or with new friends.

The ultimate aim of Yoga is to experience the Truth, by realizing the true nature of our ‘Self’ and the Universe. Then one can become free from the chain of cause and effect (Karma) which brings us to earthly life again and again. In that highest state of yogic realization, one can regain one’s real nature – Eternal Existence, Supreme Wisdom, Absolute Bliss (Sat-Chit-Ananda).

According to Yoga, the ‘self’ (soul) is timeless, unchanging, and free of sorrow. Yoga is therefore a spiritual quest.
